Job Title: Background Checks Manager
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- The position entails a thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on all verification requests. The Supervisor, Background Checks Department co-coordinates and supervises the activities of the department.
- In addition to ensuring that team members discharge their duties within the stipulated time so as to meet up with Turn Around Time (TAT).
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be a graduate of a reputable institution and must have completed NYSC
- Candidate must have worked in supervisory roles for a minimum of 7 years
- Candidate must be a great team player
- Candidate must be able to drive the background checks team to meet the corporate goal
- Candidate must be proficient with the use of all MS packages
- Candidate must be proactive and must be able to work under pressure
- Candidate must be available for immediate resumption
- Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision
- Candidate must be able to work skillfully to meet deadlines
