We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Formulate and set quality policies according to global furniture quality standards and legal regulations for quality control function
- Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc;
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Approve the right products or reject defectives
- Solicit feedback from customers via the front desk to assess whether their requirements are met
- Monitor the verification and follow-up of quality issues occurring at the production line and customer sites, ensuring all open issues can be closed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering Course
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Manufacturing industries
- Minimum of 5 years in the Furniture Industry.
- Must have deep furniture knowledge and business management role with QC achievement record.
