Perfection Motor, a subsidiary of the Lee Group of companies, was established in partnership with FAW China. Perfection Motor was given the sole rights to market FAW heavy-duty Trucks in Nigeria. Since our inception in 2013 we have made great strides in ensuring that we will be ready to serve our market by establishing our head office alongside a fully equipped workshop, parts department and not to mention an SKD assembly plant in Ikeja.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Input all inbound shipments into the database system.
- Creates warehouse tags for pallets/cartons/pieces received in the warehouse.
- Accurately documents any exceptions to exceptions to the receipt of the product, within 24 hours or before damages or shortages.
- Manage the warehouse and stock to be in the best conditions for sales and delivery.
- Scans all packing/picking lists into the database and updates the naming convention.
- Creates/update inbound transactions for RTWP( Return to Warehouse Parts).
- Creates warehouse tags for returned products and updates the location of parts in the database in charge of stock count and reporting.
- Handles the packaging list and/ or bill of lading for all products received in the warehouse.
- changes status in the database, as required. (i.e Pending, receiving, parts pulled, etc)
- Updates pallet’s location in the database.
- Attaches the receiving packing/picking list to the assigned project in the database.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
- 2 – 5 years work experience.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Ms office.
- Proven work experience as a warehouse Supervisor.
Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 monthly
