Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for an adaptable and highly-organized Personal Assistant (PA) to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of senior managers.
  • This is primarily a virtual job but will occasionally work closely with the Director in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties as well as reporting to senior management.
  • Collate information, format, and editreports, documents, and presentations.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders.
  • Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette in the exercise of duties.
  • Enterdata, maintain databases, and keeprecords.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of senior management.
  • Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.

Requirements

  • A First Degree in any field of study.
  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience working as a personal assistant is required.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
