We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Management Staff / Trainee

Locations: Lagos, Sango-otta – Ogun and Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire Management Staff / Trainee to help develop and implement growth strategies for our client in the Petroleum industry.
  • This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.
  • You’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll get to know the nuts and bolts of a company’s functions and operations and you’ll support the management team with daily tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help managers complete daily managerial tasks.
  • Understand each department’s daily processes and goals
  • Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
  • Get familiar with personnel duties
  • Participate in the company’s strategic planning
  • Help managers in evaluating performance and keep track of business revenue
  • Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
  • Create and give presentations.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Management, Business or related discipline is a plus
  • Work experience in management or a similar/relevant role is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Excellent math and computational ability
  • Effective Leadership and communication skills.

Benefits

  • Salary: N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly
  • Incentives based on performance
  • Local trips for top performers
