Job Description
- Receive customer’s requests in a professional and courteous manner and process transactions.
- Process assigned customer requests per the Bank’s procedure and timelines
- Attend to customers’ inquiries and complaints, resolve issues.
- Promote the company’s image and brand to internal and external customers.
- Balance account at the end of the day
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 1 – 6 years work experience.
