We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Documentation Writer / Instructor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for highly ambitious and creative Technical Writer / Trainer to join us in the fulfilment of our mission; among others, to manage our clients using Brokerage, Portfolio/Fund Management, Mobile App and the ERP platforms. Also to support other major FINTECHs building on top of the InfoWARE platform services.

What We’re Looking For

• We are looking for a Technical Writer to develop high quality Technical and End-User Documentations to improve the overall user experience of the InfoWARE Platform and Services.
• The right person would develop intimate knowledge of the Platform and services by working with the respective product development and management teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage training facility needs, learning needs and provide required feedback to the product management team.
• Regularly conduct training needs assessment and analysis.
• Create standardized training processes to streamline user workflow
• Works diligently and expeditiously to access and identify skill levels.
• Creates and maintains both Internal and External competency programs
• Assist in developing & maintaining technical training content, presentations, and associated materials.
• Coordinate training sessions, webinars, and workshops with clients and partners.
• Maintain up to till date knowledge about the platform and its operating ecosystem.

Requirements, Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Education) or other related courses.
• 0 – 4 years work experience.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Adaptability to work independently and part of a team bringing in experts when needed
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and solid professional skills with utmost customer obsession.
• Passion for technology and learning.
• Fluency in French Language would be added advantage.
• The ability to compose clear written instructions is imperative.
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Ability to create high-quality documentation in perfect, clear and engaging English that’s super easy to read and understand.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable using text and images.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual technical training and assessments including skill sign off for our existing and new employees up to senior technical level acrossall InfoWARE solutions.
