We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Shawarma / Pizza Chef
Location: Festac / Ajah / Maryland – Lagos
Responsibilities
- Menu Design and adherence to recipes, measurements and costs.
- Prepare PIZZA /Shawarma to meet customer satisfaction.
- Create new pastry recipes for the Company
- Adherence strictly to standard recipe for each product
- Ensure the proper storage and condition of food items after requisition
- Ensure exceptional food presentation at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote customer experience
- Ensure machines and equipment’s are properly cleaned, serviced, stored, and in good condition always.
- Ensures that production materials are fresh and in good condition, before production for customer consumption
- Requisition and documentation of necessary store items
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and ensure kitchen is always clean
Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Candidates must be a team player.
- Candidates must possess good customer service skills.
- Candidates must have 2 – 3 years experience as a shawarma / pizza chef.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 / Month.
