We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Purchasing Supervisor

Location: Agbara, Ogun

Job Purpose

• This role ensures effective material planning, negotiation of direct materials & services, and generation of supply chain reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate direct materials and services
• Document and create Service Work Order (SWO) and Local Purchase Order (LPO)
• Conduct regular market survey and supplier location visits
• Periodic review of overall lead-time update to reflect current realities and adjust planning parameters
• Maintain price comparison and analysis reports
• Generate and update monthly, material changes report and maintain savings file
• Evaluate raw material Suppliers, maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and review procurement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to reflect current realities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business administration or any other Social Science/Management course
• Must have 5 – 7 years experience in procurement from a manufacturing company with relevant experience in strategic and operational procurement
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications, (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and ERP Navision)
• Negotiation and Business orientation skills
• Analytical and Interpersonal skills.
