Leadway Assurance is in the excess of N40 billion capital base to transact all kinds of risk, protection, endowment and savings products also with leadway products. We guaranty great assurance towards children’s future education in case of unexpected occurrence like death of the parents or guardian with leadway saving product.

Job Details
- We focus on young and dynamic individuals who can interpret and take the company’s products and services to the door steps of potential customers.
- He/She must be willing to manage a team on the go and satisfying the needs of the team members on the product and services
- He/She must build a good working and prospecting habit and also understand the needs of the customers and been able to communicate it to the team members the product and services well.
- He/She must have a good communication skills and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Applicants should have a minimum of B.Sc / HND / MBA qualification.
- Three – four years working Experience with any Insurance company with a track record. Also 3 years and above with any financial institution in Nigeria will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be 30 years and above in Age.
- Candidate also must be a team player and self motivator.
Skills:
- A week training would be conducted for better skills acquisition.
Remuneration/Salary
- A minimum monthly income between N100,000 – N150,000 shall be paid including extra 30,000 allowance.
