Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for monitoring the company’s digital media presence, ensuring regular updates, and regularly connecting with the audience on the organization’s social media platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generating potential leads for new clients via the social media platforms.
• Negotiate with potential customers to close deals.
• Analyse user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
• Report on web traffic from all social media platforms
• Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects
• Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
• Preparing the content calendar and ensuring regular posting on all platforms as scheduled
• Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
• Coordinate with the sales executives and the Marketing manager to design advertising campaigns
• Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments
• Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
• Update our social media company policy, when necessary
• Oversee all social media accounts – Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as well as publishing dashboards (such as Buffer).
• Manage all promotions and advertisements.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• BSc in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 1 – 2 years work experience.
• Must have good graphic skills and use of graphic design tools
• Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
• In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Experience with social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite
• Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems is preferred)
• Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management and multitasking skills.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
