We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The SSE is a front line sales executive of the business, aggressively sourcing and closing Solar deals for residential, commercial and industrial projects. He’s comfortable selling to the B2B aswell as B2C market, and has good knowledge of the industry trend.
  • He brings his 4 years experience into action and guides junior colleagues towards achievement of the company’s sales target and overall business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates withSales team in establishing and achieving the company sales goals for the year
  • Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Customers.
  • Develops strategic sales plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • Conduct preliminary site survey with customers to understand their required power needs

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • A good First Degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales with 2 years in solar industry.
  • Must have Solar Tech Skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • ·Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft
  • Office suite proficiency is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet sales target.

Salary

N180,000 monthly.
