We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Airport Lounge Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the lounge.
- Ensuring that a five-star service is delivered to Passengers.
- Managing the catering and cleaning services provided, liaising supervisors and other section managers.
- Completing monthly reports and providing regular updates in co-ordination with the Account Manager
- Leading, motivating, developing and directing the team to maximize efficiency in customer service.
- Creating an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognized.
- Ensuring all staff are trained to deliver a customer focused service.
- Completing monthly Stock takes.
- Overseeing the ordering of all food and consumables.
- Ensuring all health/Safety and Food safety legislation is adhered to.
- Completing Staff Rostas.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
