Signature jobs is a Nigerian indigenous company specialized in providing African and continental dishes, freshly made salads and juices. Signature jobs was incorporated in November 2015 and is situated at FCT, Abuja, Nigeria. We offer outdoor catering/delivery services and engage chefs with unique expertise in African and continental dishes, freshly made salads and juices. We are a leading brand, and our mission is to standout in providing hygiene and diet-based meals for organizations and individuals in Nigeria.

We are a Nigerian indegenous restaurant located in Abuja. This Restaurantand has created a household name around its environs with well trained hands to make every guest’ experience a memorable one. We are inviting candidates with wealth of experience to work with us.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Executive

General Position Summary

  • The Customer Care Executive will work with the food court team to ensure that the company is well projected both in the social media and face to face interaction with customers and team members.
  • He/She will be responsible for ensuring that customers and team members are duly informed of the organizations’ internal processes.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure daily interaction and retention of customers and building customer database and driving sales via social media outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming order
  • Convert leads to customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and approach
  • Meet customer service team sales targets and update database of customer
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Follow up on present and past customers.

  • As part of our commitment to organizational learning and in support of our understanding that learning organizations are more effective, efficient, and relevant to the entire environs they serve, we intend to carryout weekly learning activities that benefit Signature jobs as well as its staff.

Accountability to Beneficiaries:

  • Signature members are expected to support all efforts toward accountability, specifically to our clients and standards guiding our goals.

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Assistant/Interns

Accountability

  • Reports Directly to: Operations Manager
  • Works Directly with: Food Court Team

Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree in Mass Communication, Public Administration, Business Administration or HND equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer care experience and background in graphics design
  • Good organizational capacity, good human relationships, motivated, flexible, culturally sensitive
  • Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
  • Social media management and content creation

  • The successful candidate will be capable of multitasking, rapid decision-making, have initiative, drive, and a lot of energy, as well as high emotional intelligence, production skills and proven experience with people skills.
  • He/she will be committed to long-term production processes, sustainability and should be result oriented. Successful staff member has a strong commitment to teamwork and accountability, thrive in evolving and challenging environments, and make effective communication a priority.

Living Conditions / Environmental Conditions:

  • The position is based in Apo FCT, Abuja. Candidates must be residents of Apo environs only! Accomodation during shift hours available..
