We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Market Assistant
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- The role of the Market Assistant is to do market runs, take inventory of stocks and assist the chef in the kitchen
Other duties for this role are:
- Going to the market and purchasing all cooking items and foodstuff needed by the cook and chef.
- To take inventory of store items
- To assist the Chef in packaging of customer orders and handing out orders correctly to the delivery partners.
- Prepping of cooking ingredients such as; meat, peppers, vegetables etc.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write.
- Living within Yaba and its environs.
- Ability to work during festive and holiday season.
- Local Market negotiation skills.
Working Hours:
- 5 days a week
- Tuesdays – Saturdays.
- Daily resumption time: 7:00 AM.
Salary and Benefits
- N25,000 / Month (Negotiable)
- Monthly bonuses aside from salary based on how well you perform
- One meal per day
- End of year package.
- Salary increament after three months.
