Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Nigeria, producing and distributing some of the nation’s most- loved beverages in the country like; Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda, Teem, Mountain Dew, H2oH, Lipton Ice Tea and Aquafina premium drinking water. SBC has recently entered into Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up boasts of nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across various regions in the country.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Organizational Development and Performance Analyst
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Implements OD intervention initiatives recommended, change management / strategies and techniques to build organizational alignment.
- Analyse all the OD initiatives identified, plan out implementation plan in coordination with the concerned stake holders.
- Periodic progress reports on the implementation of the initiative undertaken.
- Undertake organization performance reviews, organizational audits based on business context and organizational parameters, organizational cultural analysis and the development of performance measures.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or other related courses.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Must be a CIPM certified or at least a student member.
