Your Role
- Oversee all Facilities Management-related repairs within the plant for full functionality.
- Maintenance of all company fleets, travel management desk, driver management and record keeping.
- Handling all office tasks such as filing, generating reports (fuel & maintenance), setting up for meetings, and reordering office supplies.
- Daily Canteen Management, Collation and preparation of canteen bi-weekly payment (Third party vendor management).
- Download daily attendance report and share with HR and Head of Functions.
- Coordinate and update quota position submission to Nigerian Immigration.
- Support other business functions and as the job demands
Your Skills
- Degree in Management, Estate Management, Business Administration or Engineering
- 2 – 5 years work experience.
