Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited (formerly Moody International Nigeria Limited) was established in 1996 as a partnership between Moody International Group and Nigerian investors. Since commencing operations in March 1997 the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous Projects in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Interface Lead – NTR Support

Description

  • Support the Interface Lead will be part of the Owners Project Team.
  • Responsible to manage the multiple interfaces and relationships between the Project.
  • Project, the EPC contractor the Asset, Local community, governmental bodies and regulators.
  • Working across multiple Asset and multiple EPC Contractor stakeholders.
  • Responsible for maintaining and executing the Interface Management Plan.
  • The successful candidate is expected to have a good network in the Client’s Asset organization, have a good overview of the activities in as well the Asset as in the Project, and to be an integrator / mediator by nature and issue resolver to resolve the issues on the interface satisfactory taking all stakes into account.

Dimensions:

  • This is a mega project.
  • Multiple stakeholders including Asset, EPC consortia, Home Office Team engineers.
  • External relationships: EPC Contractor on aspects related to interfaces with Asset.
  • Timely delivery of highquality work against very tight deadlines, maintaining excellence in analysis and task completion under pressure.
  • Being able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong personal commitment to meeting deadlines and deliverables is an ongoing expectation.

Education

  • A University Degree, preferably BSc. or equivalent in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years postgraduation experience out of which 2 years should be in a similar services function within the oil and gas industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Use of Assai DC and AssaiWeb applications for document management.
  • Use and administration of SharePoint.

Knowledge of:

  • Document control processes and systems on Major Capital Projects, and of the interface management in the major execution contracts.
  • Crossdiscipline engineering documents (requirements and use) and discipline approval processes within project teams.
  • Records Management principles and implementation methods.
  • Project reporting software such as PowerBi, MS Access, and Excel is desirable.
