Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer / Legal Officer
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Executive and personal assistant to the CEO
- Contracts drafting and management
- The person will also function as the GMD personal assistant managing his schedules and dairies.
- The successful candidate will also manage the procurement relationships with vendors, obtain competitive pricing and negotiate contracts in conjunction with relevant user departments.
- Assist with project Management & Business Development.
- Duties as Legal officer will include overseeing the potential legal issues of companies within the group and review the Board/Management member and staff communications, and prepare written correspondence.
- Other duties include working with the different sales and operations teams to ensure the companies are adequately covered in all contractual agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
Remuneration
N100,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
