Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Drive the corporate brand objectives of BUA FOODS PLC and ensure set objectives supports business continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing strategy/brand plan development and management to ensure attainment of set business/brand objectives & foray into new segments and innovative products for the Organization.
- Effectively manage marketing campaigns; advertising, BTL, PR, media and digital agencies/teams to ensure continuous improvement in brand awareness and engagement while winning with consumers.
- Assumes responsibility for Brand Activations.
- Lead creative development, planning and execution of all brand campaigns to achieve strategic and tactical objectives.
- Ensures effective media evaluation, planning and buying to attain maximum ROI by coordinating with key media partners.
- Monitor market trends, identify market research needs and generate consumer/customer insights for brand activities.
- Liaise with manufacturing and R&D to ensure consistently excellent product and packaging quality.
- Ability to develop route-to-market strategies, across different channels: Open market, Departmental Stores, Specialty Stores and E-Commerce pan Nigeria.
- Develops A&P Budgets for the brands while monitoring expenditure.
- Co-ordinating brand projects especially Innovation/Renovation to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSC in Marketing, Economics, Business administration or any other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Brand Management, CIM certification will be a plus.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics for reporting.
- Good communication and team Skills.
- Attention to details.
- Proactive, reliable, responsible with strong project management skills and attention to details.
