Grenigas Limited originally known as Greater Nigeria development Company Limited in 1967 went into marketing Collaboration with Texaco Nigeria Limited by MOU in which Grenigas was to purchase LPG (Butane) from Texaco and market the product by operation of filling plants, bottling, and distribution throughout Nigeria, utilizing Texaco Nigeria marketing outlets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
• Managing databases.
• Prioritising workloads.
• Organise travel arrangements of the Chairman
• Might sometimes have to travel with the chairman.
• Typing, preparing and collating reports.
• Filing.
• Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Requirements

• OND qualification
• Must be extremely presentable
• Knowlegde of Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
• 1 – 2 years of work experience.
• Preferably a female between 20 – 24 years at the time of application

Remuneration

N35,000 – N40,000 Monthly.
