Job Title: Tipper Truck Driver
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Starting, driving, parking, reversing, loading and unloading heavy vehicles.
- Positioning vehicles ready for loading and unloading.
- Identifying and avoiding hazards.
- Performing safety checks and mechanical inspections.
- Ensuring safe distribution and restraint of loads in the tip tray.
- Planning routes and maintaining vehicle logbooks.
- Adhering to safety policies and OH&S guidelines.
- Using gears correctly to minimise wear on the engine and gearbox.
- Operating hydraulic tipping and lifting mechanisms.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
