Speedaf  is a joint-venture company formed from the YIWILL HOLDINGS and ZTO in 2019. We are currently building an intra-Africa and China-Africa service network to support air, road and sea transportation with the aim to be the leading diversified integrated logistics solution provider between China and Africa. Speedaf offers a variety of products and services with value added service to cover different business or personal scenarios for our customers. Since our launch, Speedaf has continued to expand its global network, developing products, improving customer experience, and introducing IT technologies and equipment to realize automatic operations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Lagos

  • To improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Description

  • Assist in customer visits in creating  a positive work relationships that facilitates patronage and generates revenue
  • Assist in creating Sales and revenue reports from existing company systems.
  • Employ knowledge of  services in providing appropriate response to client inquiries and also in assisting with the resolution of customer issues or complaints
  • Review month-end invoices to ensure balanced accounts are maintained with customers
  • To follow up customer’s request in online platforms like wechat, whatsapp and mails.
  • Apply understanding of market trends/business practices in taking decisions necessary for enhancing the sales process
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret Key accounts  records to obtain information useful in preparing reports
  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and target market for
  •  products and services
  • Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper customer relationship management
  • Participate in educational workshops and conferences to expand personal network and improve on existing job knowledge.

Education Qualifications

  • Fist Degree in Marketing or any other related field.
  • Knowledge of excel, microsoft word and Mathematics required.

Years of Work Experience:

  • 0 – 5 years of work experience

Age Range:

  • 25-30 years.

Salary Range

N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.

Job Description

  • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and target market for products and services.
  • Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
  • Augments staff performance by providing guidance and solutions to improve sales efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies effective for the extensive sales and distribution of company products.
  • Monitor to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their service requirements and facilitate supply.
  • Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response to client enquiries and also in assisting with the resolution of customer issues or complaints.
  • Review financial records to ensure balanced accounts are maintained.
  • Apply understanding of market trends/business practices in taking decisions necessary for enhancing the sales process.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records to obtain information useful in preparing reports

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND
  • A minimum of 2 years experience.

Remuneration

N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
