We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee / Team Lead

Loaction: Ibadan, Oyo and our centres across Nigeria

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates must be a graduate of a Business related field with proficiency in Leadership, Training and Capacity Building skills
• Minimum of OND in any field of study
• Smart High school diploma can be considered
• On-the-job training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
• Computer literate.

Remuneration

N40,000 to N70,000 Naira and other commissions.
