Description
- Meristem embarks on a yearly recruitment drive of candidates into our graduate trainee program (Meristem Starlet Program) where successful candidates are placed on a year-long training that involves classroom training, rotation across the business units and on-the-job training to transform them into well rounded Investment Banking Professionals who can fit into different aspects of our business with skills around our three thematic areas:
- Investment Analysis
- Business Development
- Leadership.
Requirements
- Keen interest in building a career in finance and investments.
- Minimum of 2:1
- Completed NYSC
- 0-2 years post-NYSC (Candidates with more than two years of experience may be considered if they possess the relevant professional qualifications and have less than four years of post NYSC experience)
- All disciplines are welcome, however, preference is given to candidates with Economics, Finance and Engineering related backgrounds.
