Job Description
- We are seeking a passionate and dilligent candidate to fill in the position of a Bartender/Mixologist.
- The Bartender will be responsible for the preparation and serving of drinks to customers.
- He should have a good knowledge of recipes to make classic and customised drinks that meet customers’ expectations and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails and mocktails
- Maintain inventories and consumption.
- Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for Mixing beverages and serving guests.
- Serve drinks to customers in a friendly manner
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage products and provide drink recommendation to guests
- Keep glassware clean and hygienic for use
- Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure bar always will remain clean and tidy during the service and after the service.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the hotel management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification
- Must have at least 1 year experirence
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be sociable and have a demonstrable passion for service
- Must have great interpersonal skills
- Must have a warm personality and be courteous.
Salary
N90,000 / month.
