Job Title: Digital Marketer / Social Media Handler

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Build social media presence via our social media platforms
• Build brand awareness
• Implement Social Media Campaigns
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company,
• Ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Analyse data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals and objectives.
• Design and oversee all aspects digital marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Respond to client enquiries
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field or OND
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Good understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or social media handlerposition
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
