Blu Atlantic Hotel Lekki, Lagos, is located behind the famous Filmhouse Imax cinema, Our hotel features 44 luxurious rooms and suites, all designed to perfection. The on-site restaurant serves international cuisine and Nigerian cuisine at the on-site restaurant, which has free high-speed Internet access and air conditioning or lingers over a light meal.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mixologist

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We need a professional, well versed in the culinary art of making cocktails and mixed alcoholic drinks.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification
• 5 years of work experience.
• Also with added knowledge concerning the history of the ingredients they use, plus an ability to understand flavour profiles to develop a palate-pleasing drink.
