KPMG Nigeria – Our client, NIPOST Property Company, is a subsidiary of NIPOST focused on property development cutting across residential/ commercial properties. In line with the ongoing Postal Sector Reform, Restructuring and Modernization of the Nigerian Postal Services Programs, our client requires an exceptional individual with a proven track record to fill the position below:

Overview

  • The Head, Business Development will be responsible for increasing the organization’s revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding the brand presence.

Skills and Capabilities

  • Manage all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities
  • Develop and execute an effective business development strategy as well as facilitate the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company`s ambitious growth.
  • Develop sales growth strategy focused both on financial growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a reputable institution
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Good understanding of trends and how they can be anticipated and leveraged to create a competitive advantage for the business.
  • Resilient and focused go-getter with exposure to best practices.
  • Result oriented and target driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport across various stakeholders and effectively communicate and interact with top-level management.
