Job Title: Shift Manager
Locations: Lagos, Ogun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Delegate tasks to staffs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints.
- Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks.
- Report maintenance and training needs.
- Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies, as needed.
- Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off).
- Track daily costs and revenues.
- Coordinate with suppliers as they deliver product orders.
Job Requirements
- At least an OND in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration or similar field
- 1 – 5 years experience
- A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Team management abilities.
- Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a related work.
- Availability to work different shifts, including weekends.
