We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Programs Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
- We are looking for a result-driven and analytical young person who will be in charge of the tech stack that helps the company grow.
- Selected candidates will be in charge of designing the mode, content and frequency of the academy.
- Selected candidates will also be responsible for the smooth transition of students into the academy community.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs
- Craft community programs, trainings and plan student transitions
- Plan programs and or events based on business goals
- Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources
- Manage training budgets
- Evaluate the results of learning courses
- Design effective training programs
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 3+ years of industry experience.
Personal Attributes:
- Willing to embrace and enrich ReAct culture of empathy, teamwork and passion
- Have a strong desire for learning and growth.
