Purpose of the Job
- The Product Manager is responsible for managing ipNX’s set of retail products over their life cycle from ideation through development, launch sale, marketing and support and finally discontinuance.
- The role involves managing the entire portfolio of products with the primary objective of maximizing sales & profitability while also delivering complete customer satisfaction and delight. Other key responsibilities include: Product Positioning and Strategy.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (2.2) / HND (minimum of Upper Credit) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent
Functional Skills:
- Experience of delivering features and products at scale
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Products/Proposition Development and Management
- Business Case Development
- Business/Product Presentations Skills
- Demonstrable interpersonal and relationship management skills at expert level.
- Documentation and Strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management skills also desirable
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years track record of bringing new products to market within a Retail environment that meet the highest standards of delivery and quality
- At least 2 years plus product development, market and industry experience in a supervisory capacity
- Prior experience in product management and research
- Experience using data to illustrate business conclusions
- Product Life Cycle Management
- Knowledge of the market and industry
- Experience working in the Telecommunications industry is desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian and global Information Technology Industry especially Telecommunications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (both internal & external)
