Job Title: Legal Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Carry out due diligence.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Carry out company secretarial duties.
- Participate in internal and disciplinary procedures.
- Advising the Board and Management on business/corporate matters
- Drafting, reviewing and updating the Company’s agreements and legal correspondences.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.L / LL.B / JD Degree with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
