We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Switchboard Operator
Location: Lagos
Schedule: Full Time
Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provides courteous service to customers by operating the switchboard
- Arranges for special services requested by the guest
- Transfers incoming calls promptly to the appropriate extension
- Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous.
