Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Regularly analyse the trends in the industry in order to take prompt advantage of relevant opportunities to boost the deposit mobilization arm of the bank.
- Develop and implement a business plan for the identified target market.
- Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products.
- Improve ways of rewarding depositors in terms of interest-earning on fixed deposits.
- Identify potential companies and customers.
- handle customer acquisition and cultivation.
- Develop and implement business development plans to Increase existing liability portfolio in line with targets as advised.
Specifications
- Must have a minimum of First Degree in any course from a reputable university.
- 3+ years experience in liability generation/ treasury marketing in the financial sector.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Liability generation experience and good business network within Lagos.
- Highly presentable, Good dress sense.
