We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Employee will ensure that operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules.
  • He must be familiar with risk management and our industry’s standards. If you also have a sharp business acumen, we would like to meet you.

Job Description

  • Daily reconciliation of trades (Call Over).
  • Reconciliation of clients account.
  • Report of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual returns to NSE/SEC.
  • Report of Daily transactions of above threshold to NFIU, EFCC & SEC.
  • Investigate, respond and resolving of client’s compliant.
  • Approve and recommend for approval client’s payment request.
  • Vet and approve client’s mandate Buy/Sales.
  • Liaising with various registrars on behalf of the company.
  • Supervising Customer’s Service Desk.
  • Supervise and monitor the general operations of the company.
  • Liaising with regulatory authority on behalf of the organization.
  • Organize and train members of Staff on AML/CFT training.
  • Advice and inform the management of the new rules formulated by NSE/SEC
  • Authorize clients KYC and account opening.
  • Authorize clients Inter Member Transfer In & Out.

Job Requirments

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 5 – 10 years work experience.

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
