Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description
- Daily reconciliation of trades (Call Over).
- Reconciliation of clients account.
- Report of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual returns to NSE/SEC.
- Report of Daily transactions of above threshold to NFIU, EFCC & SEC.
- Investigate, respond and resolving of client’s compliant.
- Approve and recommend for approval client’s payment request.
- Vet and approve client’s mandate Buy/Sales.
- Liaising with various registrars on behalf of the company.
- Supervising Customer’s Service Desk.
- Supervise and monitor the general operations of the company.
- Liaising with regulatory authority on behalf of the organization.
- Organize and train members of Staff on AML/CFT training.
- Advice and inform the management of the new rules formulated by NSE/SEC
- Authorize clients KYC and account opening.
- Authorize clients Inter Member Transfer In & Out.
Job Requirments
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- 5 – 10 years work experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
