Job Description
- The position of Background Checks Supervisor entails a thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on all verification requests.
- The Supervisor, Background Checks Department co-coordinates and supervises the activities of the department.
Job Responsibilities
Co-ordinate Background Checks and Certificate Verification units to:
- Ensure that new requests are promptly treated.
- Ensure all background checks and certificate verification requests are documented upon receipt.
- Monitor the weekly follow-up activities by obtaining the weekly follow-up log form from verification officers.
- Ensure that verifications are conducted thoroughly and safely by liaising with the necessary officers and authorities.
- Ensure only error free reports are sent to clients.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must have minimum of 3 years work experience in supervisory role in a fast paced environment.
- Candidate must be able to work under pressure and work skillfully to meet deadlines.
- Candidate must be proficient in the use of MS packages especially, MS Word and Excel.
- Candidate must be a graduate of a reputable university.
- Candidate must have completed NYSC.
- Candidate must reside with Lekki – Awoyay axis.
