Timekeepers International Limited (Timekeepers) is a limited liability company and was registered in Nigeria in the year 2009. Born with many years of experience, it was set up with the aim of importing watches, jewelry and accessories from some of the world’s leading brands for the purpose of distribution and retailing primarily in Nigeria and then the West African Sub-region.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Male Office Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
- To provide effective and efficient cleaning service to ensure that Offices are maintained in accordance with the required standards
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including shipment logistic
- Assist with other office related tasks.
Requirements
- Possess Senior Secondary School Certificate or OND
- 1 year experience in similar role
- Must communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Problem-solving and critical thinking are the required soft skill
- Must live around Ikeja and its environs
- Provide two Guarantors
- Aged between 18 – 25 years.
