Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO / Legal Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Executive and personal assistant to the CEO
• Contracts drafting and management
• Duties as Legal officer will include overseeing the potential legal issues of companies within the group and review the Board/Management member and staff communications, and prepare written correspondence.
• Other duties include working with the different sales and operations teams to ensure the companies are adequately covered in all contractual agreements.
• The person will also function as the GMD personal assistant managing his schedules and dairies.
• The successful candidate will also manage the procurement relationships with vendors, obtain competitive pricing and negotiate contracts in conjunction with relevant user departments.
• Assist with project Management & Business Development.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years work experience.

Salary

N100,000 – N200,000 / month.
