The company was incorporated in November 2001 and the head office is located at 3rd Roundabout, Lekki-Epe Express, Beside Wema Bank, Lekki, Lagos.
Job Description
- The Customer service officer shall ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.
- He or She will aim to provide excellent customer service and promote this idea throughout the organization.
- Candidates must be talented with exceptional customer care skills.
- He or She will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and also handle and resolve complaints.
Qualification and Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to details.
- Deep knowledge and passion for customer care.
- Excellent customer focus with listening skills and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent attitude to work and life.
- Candidate must be a people person with interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher).
Salary
N70,000 / month
