Job Details
- Capsgain Solution is looking to hire a production manager to produce videos for our youtube channels.
- In this role, you will be responsible for our video creation process from initial research and idea generation to video upload.
- You will manage a team of Script Writers, Voice Over Artists, and Video Editors in order to create engaging and entertaining videos.
- Please note that these videos are not shot in any location, you will collaborate virtually with our team members scattered throughout the country.

Job Summary
- We are specifically looking for a Virality and Attention-grabbing “Witch/Wizard” one who can grab people’s attention by creating Titles and Thumbnails that call people’s attention and produce videos that keep viewers glued to their screen all through the duration of the video.
- To do this, you need to understand the elements of virality (Click Through Rate and Audience Retention) and understand to use Hooks and create Open loops. Knowledge of tools such as Canva/photoshop or Corel draw and image manipulation is a huge plus as you will be required to create thumbnails for each video.
- Candidates will be required to show relevant experiences such as written scripts or produced videos.
- This is not a remote position, but we can allow you to work from home occasionally if your productivity has been analyzed.
Minimum Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Graphic design skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage a team
- Experience in Video Production
- Experience in media such as Scripts, or Video editing etc
Additional Requirements:
- Keyword research skills using Tubebuddy or Vidiq
- Optimization skills such as SEO and Tags optimization
- Video Marketing skills.
