Job Title: Medical Record Officer
Location: Nationwide, Nigeria

Description
- Recording patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
- Collating statistics using clinical coding to record illnesses and treatments on patient records.
- Transferring paper-based patient records to an electronic system.
- Booking appointments for patients.
- Dealing with queries from GPs and other healthcare professionals.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in Health record management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospital in that capacity.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office suites and medical record software’s.
