We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Ensures the organization has the right mix of talent that are effectively deployed, managed, rewarded and engaged in a cost-effective and sustainable manner. Whilst also supporting the creation of a distinctive organization culture/ employer brand and facilitating its adoption and promotion by all Staff.
Responsibilities
- Develops appropriate HR strategies that are in line with the Corporate Strategy
- Develops and implements programs and change interventions
- Drives the implementation of the appropriate resourcing and talent management initiatives
- Administers payroll
- Handles the procurement, acquisition, distribution, and storage of office supplies, Facilities and Equipment
- Leadership and Supervision of Team
Requirements
- B.Sc./ M.Sc. in HR-related fields
- Must have at least 5- 6years of experience in HR Administration at a senior level
- SHRM, CIPD, CIPM or other related professional courses would be an advantage
- Experience in strategic HR and workforce planning
- Good Leadership skills
- High emotional IQ
- Must have experience in a Micro Finance Bank or Financial Institution.
