Job Title: Real Estate Business Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking to employ Business Executives to join a fast-growing real estate empire with dedicated attention to deliver value at all times.
Job Description
- Create awareness to the company’s brand
- Promote products and services to a potential client(s)
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, presentations
- Attend team meetings, training, seminars, conferences, team player
- Organize sales visit, identify new prospects, close deals
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess OND, HND or B.Sc
- Must have experience in any of, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, Stock Brokerage.
- 3-10 years work experience to assume the required position.
