Purpose of the Job
- The Head, Marketing is responsible for the execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy and Initiatives.
- Reporting directly to the Divisional CEO, you will be accountable for the development and successful implementation of all marketing research, campaign plans/programs, branding & product positioning, product & sales support strategies, while also strongly maintaining key industry & public relations.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent (2.2/ Upper Credit Minimum)
- MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field will be advantageous
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Superb communication and collaboration abilities
- Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills at a senior level
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Documentation and Strategic planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques, tools and platforms
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of varied experience in marketing.
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Experience using data (text, images & video) to illustrate business conclusions
- Strong experience as a line manager and a coach leading diverse teams
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
- Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in content management and advertisement is advantageous
- Experience in running marketing campaigns
- Experience with digital marketing platforms
- Knowledge of the Nigerian and Global Technology market and industry
