Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Planning and executing operational activities.
- Coordinating and supervising all operation activities
- Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Evaluating and reporting on department metrics to upper management.
- Developing strategies to improve operations department metrics and performance.
- Overseeing field operation staff activities and administration.
- Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the operation process and procedures.
- Evaluating the performance of your team members towards the organisational goals.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate in any related field.
- Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven work experience in the relevant department.
- Must have experience in implementing operational processes.
- Must have good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 / month.
