Reporting to: Principal Q/A Officer
Job Description
- Analysis of raw material, raw meal, clinker, gypsum, and cement at specified intervals.
- Chemical tests as indicated in the Quality control testing/sampling plan.
- Preparation of Standard solutions for chemical analysis.
- Preparation of Lab Cements for physical tests
- Sampling testing of cement for residues.
- Testing of oil and lubricant samples from maintenance dept, Power plant.
- Testing of oil receipt in the plant for Sulphur, Flashpoint, Calorific Value, Water content.
