Job Title: Real Estate Sales Trainee

We are looking for smart and competitive sales executives for a fast-growing real estate company.

Job Requirements

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other forms of marketing.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Qualifications

First Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses
1-3 years Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a real estate company.
