Vincintoire Limited – Our client in the Research & Marketing industry is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Female Admin / Account Executive
Location: GRA Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and Monthly management as well as financial reports (Bank reconciliation)
- Show true reflection of company’s financial status
- Provide sound financial advice to the management
- Financial liaison with Vendors re Quote validation, negotiate payment terms
- Cash Flow analysis and Projection (Monthly)
- Staff Payroll Management (Statutory taxes etc)
- Liaise with External Auditors
- Internal cost control system. Enforce guidelines for Expenditure
- Weekly expenditure analysis (Top Spenders)
- Quarterly Budget preparation
- Coordinate all Statutory Obligations – VAT, PAYE, Income TAX

- Ensure all office supplies are in place everyday
- Directly support the CEO, via managing his calendar meetings and correspondence and any other official assignment given by the CEO.
Qualification and Experience
- BSc. in Accounting, accounting professional experience is an added advantage
- At least 3yrs experience in Accounting and Office Administration
- AAT qualification is an added advantage
Typical Work Activities:
- Financial management and reporting
- Work hand in hand with all departments in administrative duties.
- Office/Facility management
- Supervise the office assistants to give top-notch administrative support
- Working knowledge, skills and competencies and attributes
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
