Job Description
The Administrator provides office and administrative support to the team. This role is vital for the smooth running of a business and ensures that the business processes are adhered to and all company records maintained.
The Administrator should have a keen attention to detail, good reporting skills, interpersonal skills and a good team player
Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Learn and understand company’s business processes and application software
- Record all orders, expenses, inventory etc. and update their status on application software.
- Coordinate with Production Team to keep inventory (materials, tools, supplies, products etc) up to date and record on application software.
- Forward list of things needed for office use and operations.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and supplies
- Make Minutes of Meetings.
- Monthly Tax Filing
- Make company reports and ensure that KPIs of team unit/members are met
- Ensure office environment is clean, presentable and hospitable.
- Attend company functions or networking events.
- Run general company-related errands.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Proficient in computer skills
- Hard-working
- Willing to learn new things
- Fast learner
- Attention to detail
- Creative minded
- And can work under pressure
- HND or BSc
- Love for crafting is a plus
- ***Must be residing in Jakande, Igbo-Efon, Agungi Axis
